Job Description:
1. Internal follow-up of new product trial production, technical process docking, problem summary and promotion for resolution;
2. Follow up on production department improvement and implementation of minor changes and reforms projects;
3. Production department OQC project promotion;
4. Technical data, process data issues, and technical process integration;
5. Production department tooling, fixtures, and measuring tool management;
6. Follow up on the progress of outsourcing and internal processing of tooling and fixtures in the production department;
7. Follow up on the progress and quality of outsourcing in the production department;
8. Sending and receiving machine drawings;
9. Training and assessment of machining staff;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. High school diploma or above, with at least 2 years of technical work experience;
2. Familiar with the working principles of fixtures and jigs; Excellent ability to improve tooling and fixtures;
3. Familiar with machining and machining principles, familiar with safety operation procedures for commonly used equipment;
4. Capable of withstanding work pressure and effectively executing the requirements of superiors;
5. Strong abilities in planning, organizing, controlling, coordinating, communicating, and executing;
6. Has a strong awareness of safety, quality, cost, and 5S.
Salary: 4.5K-6K (specific negotiable)
